- Hotel reservations are made independently of our course enrollment process. Discounted rates on the hotel are based on availability and will not be offered within 21 days of the course.
- Please note that should you choose to enroll, written cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date. Any deposits and payments paid in advance will be refunded to you at that time. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date and choose not to re-schedule, you will not receive a refund; however, the customer can choose to apply the fee to another upcoming course.
