- As Global Head of Delivery, Joe Quitoni is responsible for leading the delivery function for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center including leading a team of tenured Practice Directors, building operational delivery processes, and evolving IP for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center which has created dramatic positive impact to the clients and global businesses that we serve.

Joe holds a Master of Science in the specialized field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology which he is able to apply producing effective outcomes to his diverse portfolio comprised of many clients in the Fortune 500. With over 15 years of experience, Joe held the role of Director of Human Resources at various properties within The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company prior to his tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center.
