Submitting you information is the first step to activate your enrollment process. We will be in touch within one business day regarding the next steps for your enrollment in the exclusive OMNI Virtual Program Series!

In order to confirm your enrollment, each registrant will be asked to sign an individual attendee agreement and provide payment by credit card.

Once your registration is confirmed, we will also request the names and email addresses of the (4) additional attendees included in your registration fee to ensure they are enrolled as part of your confirmation.
