We are thrilled to announce our 2025 client summit at our five-star rated property The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas. Join us for two days of immersive content and actionable takeaways powered by our legendary customer experience knowledge. This two day experience will include one day of summit content plus the option to join us for our legendary course, Culture of Excellence.

Schedule of Events:

  • Day 1: Summit Full Day Content: Be inspired with like-minded individuals and gain access to the methods and mystique of The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Hear insights from customers during a panel discussion on how they transformed culture in their organization to inspire lasting change.
  • Day 2: Culture of Excellence Half Day Course, Ending at 12pm with Lunch To Follow: The Ritz-Carlton shares best practices on how to active and sustain a culture where valued and empowered employees own the customer experience.

Enrollment, Pricing & Details:

  • Enrollment Fee & Process: The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Day One registration also includes a reception at the conclusion of the program. 
    • Day One: Summit Pricing $2,495 (excludes attendee travel and hotel)
    • Day Two: Culture of Excellence $1,295 (excludes attendee travel and hotel)
    • Bundle For Two Days: $3,400 (excludes attendee travel and hotel)

  • Room Rates for Attendees: The standard room rate for the course experience will be $399 plus taxes, in addition to a Destination Fee of $35/night within our room block, pending availability and cutoff dates. Details for booking will be provided upon confirmation of enrollment. (Please note travel and lodging costs are not included in the registration fee).
