March 5, 2025:  A Culture of Excellence Half Day Course

Through this session, enjoy a half-day deep dive into the methodologies of The Ritz-Carlton Brand proven to activate and sustain a culture driven by employee and customer engagement. Employee mindset has everything to do with whether a business survives or thrives, because engaged employees create engaged and loyal customers. During this course, attendees will examine The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards: The Credo, Motto, The Three Steps of Service, The Employee Promise, and the 12 Service Values.

Enrollment, Pricing & Details:

  • Enrollment Fee & Process: The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Day One registration also includes a reception at the conclusion of the program. 
    • Day One: Summit Pricing $2,495 (excludes attendee travel and hotel)
    • Day Two: Culture of Excellence $1,295 (excludes attendee travel and hotel)

  • Room Rates for Attendees: The standard room rate for the course experience will be $399 plus taxes, in addition to a Destination Fee of $35/night within our room block, pending availability and cutoff dates.
